Position Related Training/Tuition Reimbursement
Maximum $3,000 per calendar year if the following are met:
- Pre-approved authorization form
- Employed with immixGroup at the time of expense submittal
- Obtains a grade of "B" or above on all courses ~ or "Pass" in a Pass/Fail offered course
- Must remain employed by the immixGroup for at least one year after the completion of the course
Eligibility: Full-time benefited employees.
Paid Time Off
- 1-5 years employment = 16 days/year (pro-rated for the first year)
- 5-10 years employment = 21 days/year
- 10 years employment = 26 days/year
