With an entire career in enterprise technology sales to the government prior to founding immixGroup in 1997, Mr. Copeland earned a solid reputation for building and managing highly effective government teams that set records for revenue and profitability achievement. His effectiveness as vice president for Sterling Software Government Division and with Texas Instruments laid the foundation to replicate his success for hundreds of technology manufacturers seeking to grow and manage their government businesses. With his experience and degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in accounting and information systems management Mr. Copeland is able to provide technology manufacturers with a unique mix of strategic vision and best practice tactics required to succeed in the government marketplace.

Mr. Richer holds full daily operational and P&L responsibility for immixGroup, including the company's $300 million technology representation business, its rapidly growing channel programs, and the government contract management services upon which the company was founded in 1997. In addition, Mr. Richer has responsibility for corporate operations, marketing, and the company's newest offering, Adaptable Payment Solutions. Mr. Richer is credited with building immixGroup’s technology representation business ten years ago, which today represents the majority of immixGroup’s business. An accomplished sales and business development executive who has spent nearly 20 years selling information technology products and services within the government sector, Mr. Richer has extensive experience working with technology manufacturers of all sizes, including very large and established companies like IBM and Symantec, as well as numerous high growth and emerging technology firms. Armed with strong government sales and business development experience, he has helped numerous technology companies grow their government businesses through cohesive sales, channel, marketing, and business development strategies and the effective execution thereof.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Charles has helped hundreds of technology manufacturers succeed in the government marketplace. His breadth and depth of expertise on every dimension of the government technology ecosystem provide technology manufacturers with a clear focus and a cohesive strategy for the greatest success. Mr. Charles is adept at mapping technology product maturity with appropriate channel strategies, optimizing the right mix of contract vehicles, navigating procurement and compliance regulation, and developing strategies for success in both the long and short terms. An avid speaker at industry events, Mr. Charles leads immixGroup's federal team training workshops and authors a monthly column in Washington Technology.

Prior to founding the immixGroup, Mr. Charles served as vice president of contract management with Selbre & Associates. He received a BA in Communications & Business, Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and has completed extensive coursework in government procurement at American University, George Washington University, University of Virginia and the National Contract Management Association.

Vice President, Technology Representation

Mr. Stewart oversees the management and continuous development of immixGroup's technology representation business, providing technology manufacturers with programs, resources and expertise needed to grow their government businesses. A successful sales and business development executive, Mr. Stewart has a proven track record for identifying and developing new strategic opportunities in information systems, communication and media, and for managing complex system integration projects. His experience spans more than two decades in global sales, marketing, solution management, strategic alliances, contracts and managing global product development teams for global corporations such as IBM and Unisys. He holds a BA in finance from Virginia Tech.

Scott Needleman, Esq.

Vice President, Channel Engagement & Contract Management

As the executive responsible for immixGroup's contract management and channel consulting practices, Mr. Needleman assesses contract vehicle and channel strategies to advise technology manufacturers on the issues, policies and risks of doing business with the government. He has deep knowledge and expertise in establishing government contract vehicles, teaming arrangements and subcontracts, section 508 strategies, compliance and due diligence audits. He is a frequent presenter at immixGroup's federal team training workshops. Prior to joining immixGroup, Mr. Needleman served in numerous legal counsel positions including the director of a federal business unit for a Fortune 1000 company. He is well suited for providing guidance to technology companies selling in the public sector. Scott received his BA in Economics from the University of Maryland in 1990 and a JD from the University of Baltimore in 1993.

William Bottoms

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Bottoms is responsible for leading immixGroup's business operations, supporting the proven and scalable systems and processes immixGroup has developed to track and analyze government sales operational activities such as quoting, order processing, proposal and professional services management, contract vehicle compliance among technology manufacturers and their channel partners, maintenance renewal cycles, payment, collections, leasing and financing. He also leads the company's internal operations including finance, human resources, administration and internal systems.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Bottoms has developed successful plans for financial and organizational growth for leading technology and communications corporations. Prior to joining immixGroup, Mr. Bottoms was responsible for helping establish and develop Gartner, Inc.'s public sector practice within key government agencies.
