    Jeff Copeland
    Chairman and CEO

    With an entire career in enterprise technology sales to the government prior to founding immixGroup in 1997, Mr. Copeland earned a solid reputation for building and managing highly effective government teams that set records for revenue and profitability achievement. His effectiveness as vice president for Sterling Software Government Division and with Texas Instruments laid the foundation to replicate his success for hundreds of technology manufacturers seeking to grow and manage their government businesses. With his experience and degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in accounting and information systems management Mr. Copeland is able to provide technology manufacturers with a unique mix of strategic vision and best practice tactics required to succeed in the government marketplace.

    Art Richer
    President

    Mr. Richer holds full daily operational and P&L responsibility for immixGroup, including the company's Technology Sales Division, its rapidly growing channel programs, and the Contract Management Division upon which the company was founded in 1997. In addition, Mr. Richer has responsibility for the IT Solutions Division along with immixGroup’s overall corporate operations and marketing functions. Mr. Richer is credited with building immixGroup’s Technology Sales Division twelve years ago, which today represents the majority of immixGroup’s business.

    An accomplished sales and business development executive who has spent more than 20 years selling information technology products and services within the government sector, Mr. Richer has extensive experience working with technology manufacturers of all sizes, ranging very large and established companies to numerous high growth and emerging technology firms. Armed with strong government sales and business development experience, he has helped technology companies grow their government businesses through cohesive sales, channel, marketing, and business development strategies.

    Steve Charles
    Co-founder & Executive Vice President

    For the past two decades Mr. Charles has helped hundreds of technology manufacturers succeed in the government marketplace. His breadth and depth of expertise on every dimension of the government technology ecosystem provide technology manufacturers with a clear focus and a cohesive strategy for the greatest success. Mr. Charles is adept at mapping technology product lifecycles with appropriate channel strategies, optimizing the right mix of contract vehicles while navigating the procurement regulations to develop tactics for success in both the long and short terms. An avid speaker at industry events, Mr. Charles leads immixGroup's training workshops and has authored a monthly column in Washington Technology.

    Prior to founding the immixGroup, Mr. Charles served as vice president of contract management with Selbre & Associates. He received a BA in Communications & Business, Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and has completed extensive coursework in government procurement at American University, George Washington University, University of Virginia and the National Contract Management Association.

    David Stewart
    Vice President, Technology Sales Division

    Mr. Stewart oversees the management and continuous development of immixGroup's Technology Sales Division, providing technology manufacturers with programs, resources and expertise to grow their government businesses. A successful sales and business development executive, Mr. Stewart has a proven track record for identifying and developing new strategic opportunities in information systems, communication and media, and for managing complex system integration projects. His experience spans more than two decades in global sales, marketing, solution management, strategic alliances, contracts and managing global product development teams for corporations such as IBM and Unisys. He holds a BA in finance from Virginia Tech.

    Skip Liesegang
    Vice President, Government Channels Division

    Mr. Liesegang is responsible for the growth and management of immixGroup's government channel programs on behalf of the company's manufacturer clients. He brings nearly a quarter century of IT management experience to immixGroup, including 22 years in government channel sales with companies such as Sun Microsystems Inc., Arrow Electronics Inc., and Rackable Systems Inc. His experience developing and overseeing government-focused channels for large OEMs, distributors, and start-ups provides him with comprehensive insight into a variety of channel models and programs. Mr. Liesegang received his BS in Public Administration from James Madison University and MBA from Averett University.

    Scott Needleman, Esq.
    Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel

    In his capacity as Vice President for Corporate Development, Mr. Needleman oversees immixGroup’s strategic initiatives and new manufacturer relationships.  He also is tasked with developing solutions for immixGroup and its manufacturer clients to increase their public sector sales. As General Counsel, Mr. Needleman manages the Contracts and Compliance line of business as well as corporate matters to ensure immixGroup and its clients operate in an effective and compliant manner under the company’s contract vehicles, teaming agreements and business models. He has deep knowledge and expertise in establishing government contract vehicles, teaming arrangements and subcontracts, section 508 strategies, compliance and due diligence audits.

    Prior to joining immixGroup, Mr. Needleman served in numerous legal counsel positions including the director of a federal business unit for a Fortune 1000 company. Mr. Needleman received his BA in Economics from the University of Maryland in 1990, a JD from the University of Baltimore in 1993, and is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC and Maryland.

    Phill Magaro
    Vice President, IT Solutions Division

    Mr. Magaro possesses more than 20 years of operational, consulting, and IT experience. As Vice President of the IT Solutions Division, Mr. Magaro leads immixGroup’s IT consulting services and is responsible for the division's operations, business development, and marketing activities.

    Prior to joining immixGroup, Mr. Magaro acquired an extensive background with Oracle and the Department of Defense. Subsequent to his military service as a United States Naval Flight Officer, Mr. Magaro worked for numerous leading-edge technology software and consulting companies across multiple market verticals, including Government, Finance, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare.

    Mr. Magaro supplemented this background and experience with more than five years in Oracle Corporation’s Consulting Services Group, building and managing several national and regional CRM and ERP practices. Prior to joining immixGroup, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Systalex Corporation, an 8(a) certified small business, where he focused on broadening the capabilities and reach of Systalex’s core competencies while managing the company’s business development and delivery efforts.

    Allan Rubin
    Vice President of Marketing

    Mr. Rubin leads a professional marketing organization that is responsible for generating leads and building awareness for immixGroup, its manufacturer clients, and its reseller partners within the public sector IT community.

    His career spans more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, product management, and sales in a variety of B2G, B2B, and B2C markets. His areas of expertise include marketing strategy and operations, lead generation, product marketing, content development, brand marketing, and sales support. Prior to joining immixGroup in 2008, he served as Director of Marketing for ESI International in Arlington, Virginia. He also has held marketing and sales positions with various media organizations, including AOL and Phillips Business Information (now Access Intelligence), an internet startup, and Kraft General Foods.

    Mr. Rubin earned a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He also holds a certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business and completed coursework in information technology at the University of Virginia.

    Ron Breland
    Vice President of Business Development

    Mr. Breland is currently the Vice President of Business Development for immixGroup. He is considered to be one of the leading national experts with respect to government business and GSA Schedule contract consulting for information technology firms.

    Mr. Breland founded EC America, a GSA Schedule Contractor, and was a co-founder of Selbre Associates (a GSA contract management firm). He served as President and CEO of both firms for more than 20 years. His mission was to help clients obtain their full federal and state government sales potential through a comprehensive range of consulting, contract management, compliance/auditing and marketing/sales services.

    Mr. Breland has a degree in engineering technology, is a Charter Member of the Industry Advisory Council of the Federation of Government Information Processing Councils and the General Service Administration’s IT Advisory Council, a premier member of the Coalition for Government Procurement, and member of the National Contract Management Association.

    Bill Bottoms
    Vice President of Operations

    Mr. Bottoms is responsible for leading immixGroup's business operations, supporting the proven and scalable systems and processes immixGroup has developed to track and analyze government sales operational activities such as quoting, order processing, proposal and professional services management, contract vehicle compliance among technology manufacturers and their channel partners, maintenance renewal cycles, payment, collections, leasing and financing. He also leads the company's internal operations including finance, human resources, administration and internal systems.

    For more than 20 years, Mr. Bottoms has developed successful plans for financial and organizational growth for leading technology and communications corporations. Prior to joining immixGroup, Mr. Bottoms was responsible for helping establish and develop Gartner, Inc.'s public sector practice within key government agencies.
