immixGroup Announces Executive Management Promotions

Company's rapid year over year growth and new client adoption carries increased responsibilities for senior management team

MCLEAN, VA, May 2, 2006 - immixGroup, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise technology products to the government, today announced the promotion of three senior management team members to executive level positions to address the added responsibilities required with the company's rapid year over year growth. These promotions include David Stewart, Scott Needleman and Bill Bottoms to the positions of immixGroup vice presidents.

Mr. Stewart is responsible for providing leadership and management of immixGroup's government reseller line of business, which has grown from $64 million to more than $170 million over the past three fiscal years, with a FY07 forecast of $250 million. More than 110 enterprise technology companies depend on services provided by Mr. Stewart's group to manage and grow their government businesses. These services range from providing multiple contract vehicles with unique license terms and conditions, to government customer financing and leasing options, maintenance renewals, sales operations and expertise in negotiating and closing complex enterprise technology deals with government customers.

Mr. Needleman leads immixGroup's contract management and channel consulting practice, working closely with executive management teams of technology companies to assess their contract vehicle and channel strategies and to advise them on developing, implementing and maintaining effective government contract vehicle and channel sales programs. His organization has deep knowledge and broad expertise in establishing and maintaining government contract vehicles, creating and maintaining highly productive government sales channels, striking effective teaming arrangements and subcontracts, maintaining compliance and supporting audits. Over 100 technology companies ranging from those new to the market to leading government providers such as Symantec, SAP, CA, Lenovo and NetApp have relied upon his team's expertise and experience.

Mr. Bottoms is responsible for leading immixGroup's business operations, supporting the proven and scalable systems and processes immixGroup has developed to track and analyze government sales operational activities such as quoting, order processing, proposal and professional services management, contract vehicle compliance among technology manufacturers and their channel partners, maintenance renewal cycles, payment, collections, leasing and financing. Mr. Bottoms also leads the company's internal operations including finance, human resources, administration and internal systems.
