Art Richer Appointed Sr. Vice President of immixGroup, Inc.

Promotion Follows Four Years of Rapid Growth in immixGroup's government reseller services group

MCLEAN, VA, August 10, 2005 - immixGroup, Inc., a government business consulting and channel management company, today announced that Art Richer has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of immixGroup. Mr. Richer is responsible for client relations and service delivery to all clients of immixGroup's government reseller services group.

During the four years Mr. Richer has been with immixGroup, he has been instrumental in driving rapid growth of the business at an average of 40 percent annually. Revenue for immixGroup's government reseller services group exceeded $92 million in the fiscal year ended May 31, 2005.
