immixGroup appoints Kurt Wilkinson as Vice President, Recruiting Services

Former Verisign Executive joins immixGroup to lead Search and Recruiting Division

MCLEAN, VA, September 20, 2002 - immixGroup, Inc., a government business consulting firm that works with enterprise technology manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Kurt Wilkinson as Vice President of Recruiting services. Mr. Wilkinson will be responsible for a contingent and retained search service, specializing in the recruitment of sales and sales management, marketing, technical sales support and technical service professionals for technology companies.

Mr. Wilkinson joins immixGroup from Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN) where he most recently was Vice President of Recruiting. Mr. Wilkinson is an accomplished recruiting industry executive with more than 20 years experience in the professional recruiting industry. He has helped software manufacturers, management consulting firms, system integrators and end-user organizations hire mid- to senior-level candidates. During that time, he has helped more than 750 candidates successfully find new positions and has assisted nearly one hundred clients fill key staffing requirements.

Mr. Wilkinson's recruiting career began in 1980 when he joined Omega Systems as a Recruiter and was subsequently named Branch Manager of the Washington DC office. In 1988, he joined Halbrecht & Company, a nationally recognized executive search firm, where he made Partner in December 1989. He managed his own firm, Wilkinson SoftSearch, Inc., between 1993 and 2000. Mr. Wilkinson was most recently at VeriSign, Inc. where he served as the Vice President of Recruiting.
