- Products: A review of all reseller contracts on GSAAdvantage! and other public sources to provide details on the products listed. This includes a review of the part numbers and product descriptions utilized to detail variances among partners and contracts as well as variances from the current price list.
- Partners: Details regarding which partners have the largest variances from current pricing and products and which appear to be non-compliant with your agreements or the partner's responsibilities under the attendant contract vehicle.
- Government buyers' view: Analysis from the government buyers' perspective regarding the various vehicles found, the various partners found, the pricing displayed, the terms associated with each and the rules the government buyer should be following.
- Detail alternative models and best practices to improve the current process.
