Commercial sales practice assessment
Identify commercial sales practices for the purpose of a new contract offer, contract modifications, or validation prior to recertifying.
immixGroup has developed a Commercial Sales Practice Assessment methodology to analyze data and develop any potential contract modifications. The focus of the Commercial Sales Practice Assessment is to reflect current sales practices, maximize profitability, and minimize risk.
The assessment process involves an audit of the company's commercial sales practices using a proven and reliable set of tools and methodologies similar to those employed by the GSA Inspector General.
Our assessment includes:
- Sales Data Analysis and Results, performed by grouping the sales data into meaningful customer and transaction types and comparing the information to the current contract CSPs.
- Updates to Commercial Sales Practices Summaries and Tables 515
- Review of Proper IFF Payment Procedures
