    Vice President & General Manager

    Tamara Ells is vice president and general manager of Arrow’s public sector practice, immixGroup. Before joining immixGroup, she served in a variety of sales leadership positions within Arrow Electronics, formulating revenue generation strategies for legacy and alternative consumption models through channel partners.

    Ells has a proven track record of developing strategic alliances and partnerships with key IT manufacturers, and leading successful growth initiatives throughout her 25-year career. She is recognized for developing winning teams and creating success-oriented cultures.

    Ells has received several awards, including CRN Channel Chief 2020; 2020 Women Worth Watching in Leadership, Diversity Journal Award; and CRN Power 100 Women of the Channel 2019. She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a BA in economics.

    Jerahd Hollis for Ektron

    Chief Technology Officer

    Jerahd Hollis is the chief technology officer for immixGroup, leading strategic initiatives such as CMMC and business transformation for the public sector. Hollis joined immixGroup in 2007 and is a leader with more than 30 years of technology management experience. 

    Prior to joining immixGroup, Hollis provided IT consulting services a diverse group of organizations from commercial to federal, including to Amgen, Motorola, AFGE, Association of American Medical Colleges, BrightPoint (now Ingram Micro), Department of Homeland Security, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

    Hollis holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science along with an MBA. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife of 29 years where they raised their four children.

    Director of Sales, Partners & Alliances

    Sydney Herren leads immixGroup in the growth of its extensive partner alliance network. She brings more than 20 years of public sector-focused experience in the IT industry. Before joining immixGroup, Ms. Herren led ATP Gov’s rebrand and helped to build its channel organization. She managed all partnerships and the partner team for Red River and developed the first GSA Schedule for ComputerLand and Vanstar. Ms. Herren worked in field sales with SkillSoft and at Arrow supporting public sector sales for Sun and Oracle. She and her husband, Wade, enjoy spending time at Lake Martin, Alabama and participate in vintage racing.


    Hollie Kapos for Ektron

    Hollie Kapos
    Director, Legal Counsel

    Hollie Kapos is legal counsel Director for Arrow Electronics, supporting Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), Arrow Intelligent Solutions (AIS), Arrow Capital Solutions (ACS), and immixGroup. She counsels on government and commercial contracts, federal procurement regulations, IT licensing, cloud services, subcontract agreements, and compliance matters. She oversees immixGroup’s federal and SLED contract vehicle programs. 

    Kapos is co-chair on the Government Contracts Committee for the National Capital Region chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and volunteers for the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center. 

    Ms. Kapos earned her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and received a B.A. in Economics from George Mason University. She is admitted to the Virginia Bar.
