The GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) establishes long-term government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide federal, state and local government buyers access to over 11 million commercial supplies and services.
The fundamental scope of the 2GIT BPAs is to provide a total solution one-stop-shop in the Information Technology market to meet the needs of the Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal, state, local, regional and tribal governments.
The ITES-SW2 contract is a multiple award, ID/IQ contract
vehicle specifically designed as the primary source for the Army to procure
COTS software products and related services via the US Army’s CHESS IT EMART. This contract is open for use by all branches of the DoD for
procurement. (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, US Coast Guard, National
Guard, etc.).
Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) simplify the acquisition of recurring needs for services or products to fulfill agency customer requirements. BPAs can be established for all types of supplies and services, including software licenses, IT products and services, cloud services and solutions and telecommunications and wireless services.
The CDM program is a United States government cybersecurity initiative led by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leads CDM with the stated purpose of fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems by vetting cybersecurity tools, integration services, and providing dashboards to participating agencies to help them improve their respective security. DHS works together with the GSA and NASA SEWP to identify CDM – approved products in their respective procurement vehicles to provide easy access to COTS software and IT tools that support the CDM mission at an advantageous price.
DoD ESI is an official DoD initiative sponsored by the DoD CIO to lead in the establishment and management of enterprise COTS IT agreements, assets and policies. DoD ESI lowers the total cost of ownership across the DoD, Coast Guard and Intelligence Communities for commercial software, IT hardware and services.
The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) provides the latest in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Audio-Visual (AV) products and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors.
Other Transactions (OTs) are procurement instruments other than contracts, grants or cooperative agreements that provide an opportunity for flexible business arrangements to acquire R&D to support technology advancement or to quickly develop a prototype.
