McLean, Va, Wednesday, May 20, 2015–immixGroup, Inc., which helps technology companies do business with the government, announced today that its subsidiary immixTechnology, Inc. was awarded a Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract for Kronos branded enterprise resource planning (ERP) supplemental modules and related services. The contract may be used by Texas state and local government, public education, and other public entities in Texas.
The DIR contract (
contract number DIR-TSO-2585) is in effect through March 8, 2016, with three optional one-year extensions.
The Texas DIR facilitates and support Texas government use of information and communications technology — everything from computers, Internet service, data storage, online applications, and much more — so that health, education, transportation, and other services are delivered to the citizens and businesses of Texas efficiently.
immixGroup was acquired by Arrow Electronics, Inc. in March, and reports to Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business.
